Please take a moment to read our school policies. These policies exist to create a friendly environment, free from misunderstanding, for students, caregivers and teachers.
A non-refundable registration fee of $15 will be charged to all new families and is due at the time of registration.
Our registration deadline is one week prior to the start of classes.
You many register for classes during an active session and make up missed classes per our Make-up Class policy, but we do not admit families into the Music Together program after week 3 of the session. We have found that families admitted later than week 3 do not get the full musical benefit of the program. It is better for then to wait until the next semester.
Families register for a full semester or session, and payment in full is required at the time of registration.
Siblings under 1 year old (as of session start date) are free with a paid brother or sister. Siblings between the ages 1-5 in the same class pay a discounted tuition. And it gets even better! Each additional sibling between ages 1-5 after the first two is absolutely free!

If you or your child has any special needs, please contact us. We are committed to providing access and great musical experiences to all.
In an emergency
If we close due to weather or any other emergency, classes will be cancelled. We will follow the recommendations of HCISD and local authorities. We will do our best to reschedule or make up classes, but this can’t be guaranteed.
We allow up to two make-ups per semester and they must be used within the same semester as the missed class. Make-up scheduling is the responsibility of the parent or caregiver and each class will have a limited number of spots. Please call (512) 699-2071 to schedule your make-up.
Any make-up classes scheduled by us related to severe weather or any other emergency do not count toward the limit of two make-ups.
When a class time is canceled due to insufficient enrollment or other center-related reasons, both the registration and tuition fees are refunded in full, or a credit may be used for another class time in the upcoming session.
If a family withdraws from class before the registration deadline, we will refund the tuition amount in full but we do not refund any registration fees.
If a family withdraws after the registration deadline, but before the semester begins, we will issue a full credit toward a future Music Together registration.
Once classes have started, we cannot offer a refund. We understand that sometimes, due to either a severe illness, a child’s inability to adjust to the class, or some other unforeseen but exceptional reason, families need to withdraw during the semester. Under these circumstances, we will use our best judgment to work with your family to offer a partial credit toward a future Music Together registration.
